The “Conception & Pre-Contract Stage”, the conception of the project stage starts with the beginning of the dream as well as the research for the right location and the specifications/standards that should be followed. Depending on the project, the conception stage might vary. It can take anywhere from a few days to a few months or years, depending on how forthcoming is the need for the actualization of the project. It goes to the level of designers work to develop the design through various phases like feasibility studies and scheme design, design development, funds arrangements. This work culminates in detailed construction drawings and specifications.

The “Ongoing Stage”, ongoing contracts has already been established and gives us more free time and assurance. With a few clients that signed ongoing contracts, we don’t spend time looking for new work and promoting projects. We use our extra time to secure additional income, or simply enjoy more free time to pursue new projects of interest.

The “Post-contract Stage”, the focus shifts to Procurement, Site Mobilization, Site construction, completion, and settling the final account.

CONCEPTION & PRE-CONTRACT STAGE:
1). Electric Vehicles Projects with the procurement and construction of commercial electric vehicles charging stations with the use of solar panel outdoor covered parking lots- This is a Public-Private Partnership arrangement. This project includes the Procurement and Construction of commercial electric vehicles solar panel charging outdoor stations and parking lots for commercial charging of the electric vehicles. These solar electric vehicle charging stations will be built across the 36 states of Nigeria, to subsidize the cost of transportation of goods, people, and services and to lead in the fight against climate change in Nigeria by setting ambitious and realistic goals.

• The Acquisition of 100,000 units of custom-built electric taxi Cars,
• The Acquisition of 100,000 units of the new 62 seater high speed electric buses to be used as the largest mass transiting fleet to be distributed in 36 states in Nigeria.
• The procurement and construction of commercial electric vehicles charging stations with the use of solar panel outdoor covered parking lots to be used for the commercial charging of the largest mass transit fleet. These 36 charging stations/LOTS will be built across the 36 states in Nigeria, which is to say that each State will have one solar panel electric vehicle charging stations with the aim to subsidize the cost of transportation of goods, people, and services and to lead in the fight against climate change in Nigeria by setting ambitious and realistic goals.

And the most important thing is that, we are giving these vehicles out on Hire Purchase which give less privileged persons the opportunity to work, make money and own a car. We are helping people in the community make a living, using green technology. This is the people and profit part!.

We want to leverage the situation to utilize Mass use of Electric Vehicles for transportation of people, goods, and services at a low cost and to support in the elimination the Nigeria’s reliance on fossil fuels which is contributing to long-term environmental degradation and environmental problems arising from energy use and transportation.

Lokus Energy has provided us with a formal proposal for the design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of a Waste to Energy (WtE) plant to process all types of solid waste and biomass to produce liquid fuels as biodiesel and syngas as well as solid by-products. The proposal provided us with a background of Lokus Energy, the project summary, technical information and estimated production levels of fuels and other bi-products. It also includes cost, payment schedule and suggested delivery schedule.

3). Automobile Assembling Plant and Manufacturing Project– This is a Public-Private Partnership arrangement.

GABRICH Automobiles Limited is a subsidiary of GABRICH Cabs Services Limited, has signed a Joint Venture Cooperation Agreement (JVCA) on the implementation of an automotive joint venture plant in Nigeria with the below-mentioned Chinese OEM Automobile companies;

What is CKD, SKD-1,SKD-II ?
CKD = Completely Knocked down parts. All materials supplied loose for final welding and final assembly, or raw body shell and all other parts loose and not assembled.

SKD I = Semi knocked down parts. Car body and trucks cabin are unpainted. The engine, gearbox, axles, suspension, driveshaft, steering, seats, tyres, batteries, exhaust system, electrical, etc. are supplied as individual units for assembly.
SKD II = Car body is fully painted and glazed. Truck cabin is fully painted. The engine, gearbox, axles, suspension, driveshaft, steering, seats, tyres, batteries, exhaust system, electrical, etc. are supplied as individual units for assembly
The objective of this Cooperation Agreement is to provide both parties involved with a Cooperation Framework for the project of setting up a Joint Venture Auto Assembly Factory in Nigeria and to guarantee that both parties can exercise their rights and implement their obligations respectively according to its contents.

This is in line with the Nigeria Local Content Development Policy, GABRICH Automobiles is partnering with Chinese Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) companies in setting up automobile manufacturing/assembling plants in Nigeria.

4). Poultry Farms Project– This is a Public-Private Partnership arrangement.

GABRICH AgriBusiness Services Limited is opening a new chapter of poultry farms, and we are thrilled in setting up the biggest large-scale automated Poultry farm & Livestock in Nigeria and West Africa at large.

The Hen-House is to be constructed with H-Type Cage fully automatic system with Automatic Feeding, Egg collection, water drinking, manure removal system and thermostatic environment control system. We will build 1ton big capacity feed production line on it.

Presently; we are discussing with different Chinese Top Manufacturers of Poultry Farming Cages and Fully Automated Equipment, and experts that will customize the farm layout and chicken house designs according to our needs, land conditions and local climate, which we will show to our projects partner to guide workers for the construction implementation of the poultry farm project, that will help us to realize modern poultry farm in Nigeria. We have been able to open communication with;

5). Cassava / Garri Processing Project- This is a Public-Private Partnership arrangement.

GABRICH AgriBusiness Services Limited is setting up high technology Cassava flour manufacturing factory, (a.k.a) Garri processing factory in Nigeria. The capacity of the production line is to process a minimum of 4tons cassava per hour Garri grater and fryer.

The flows of Garri processing sections consist of cleaning, washing, peeling, grinding, frying and sieving. Different Machines are used in different stages are as the pic shows.

The Cassava business is a profitable and promising business. Local farmers in Nigeria mainly plant cassava for household consumption and small-scale cultivation. While due to the high demand in the market, many farmers are planting them at commercial scale and are getting involved into cassava processing business, which requires low investment but can generate more profits. For example, high quality cassava flour can be used to make bread, biscuits, beer or used as ingredients in food production filed. It has a large market in our daily life.

We are seeking cooperation with Henan Jinrui Food Engineering Co., Ltd, the subsidiary company of Doing Holdings Co., LTD, to develop a garri processing/production line with a minimum daily output of 4 tons, with many advantages that contributed to the success of this cooperation.

Nigeria has a food shortage and a large market, and the founder of GABRICH Group realized that investing in garri processing should be a good project, so he sent an inquiry to DOING Holdings Co., LTD, hoping that they could provide him with a suitable solution. Considering the specific needs of Nigerian customers, the manufacturer will recommended the garri production line. We are negotiating to order a fully automatic garri production line with a daily output of 4 tons fresh cassava tubers per hour.

The procurement, construction and Installation of the production lines will commence and completed in 2025 and ready for testing and commissioning when water, electricity and raw cassava tubers are ready. The founder of GABRICH Group will be visiting the equipment manufacturing production base in China, to confirm the equipment list, discussed the layout design, and finally reached the cooperation agreement.

ONGOING CONTRACT STAGE:

6). Transportation- Car Hire Purchase Scheme– GABRICH Cabs Services Limited, since three (3) of establishment have offered hundreds of fairly used Clean, Sound, and Air-Conditioned to Uber and Bolt Drivers for taxi business on ‘Hire Purchase” which is a simple way of financing and easy to obtain your dream Cars. The interest rate on our car hire purchase is very low and fixed for the duration of the agreement. Rather than one big lump sum payment, we spread the purchase cost, where drivers can pay over a period of 3-to 5 years flexible repayment terms to help fit in with their weekly-to-monthly financial plan.

Taxi/Cabs OR Uber Transportation business is essentially about picking up and dropping off customers from one destination to another which includes tourists, businessmen, women, company executives, etc. The business is a land transportation shuttle service. It helps to conveniently crisscross various locations at ease, away from the encumbrances inherent in public transportation. People who don’t have a car of their own would not hesitate to employ the services of taxi Car hires and pay handsomely for it. Indeed, this is a money-spinning business for those who can run it well and a major contributor to Nigeria’s economic sector as per tourism and transportation. Hence, as a legal business, any proper-thinking person should key in.

GABRICH Global Services Limited off-take crude oil of all quantities from the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC Group) as the producer and its Fiduciaries and manage the trading, financing, and supply to counterparties and clients. We consistently trade a minimum of one million barrels and above.

We have experienced crude oil marketing specialists, facilitators, representatives, and mandates around the globe. They are trained with first-hand knowledge and expertise in marketing, and maintain long-term relationships with key market participants—traders, refineries, logistics companies, and storage experts—and are actively involved in developing projects related to existing and new crude oil sales and purchases.

We are not permitted by bidding law not to disclose our buyers. A confidential relationship means a lot to us and both parties has a duty not to share sales and purchase information, especially as requires to secondary market sales and purchase of the Nigeria Bonny Light Crude Oil.

Non-Disclosure Agreements, (NDAs) is a legally binding contract that establishes a confidential relationship between two parties; and at GABRICH Group, it is legally enforceable to all contracts to create a confidential relationship between us and our buyers who has sensitive information and who will gain access to sensitive information.
