1. To be answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
2. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, typing, preparing and collating reports.
3. Socumentation/ Data entry, recordkeeping and filing.
4. Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
5. Email sending and receiving, office upkeep,
6. RECEPTIONIST: Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
7. Accounting experience to ensure accurate financial documents, as well as preparing and maintaining important financial and payment reports.

NOTE: Applicant MUST Reside In Port Harcourt.
